Taekwondo is a Korean martial art which in its simple form is a means to exercise the whole body.
Training is 2 times per week held in a clean and safe environment. Fees are kept to a minimum. Lessons include exercises to promote overall fitness, muscle strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. The main aim of Taekwondo is to offer practitioners a challenge for self-betterment. Tuition is tailored to meet individual standards and personal goals. Regular competitions and seminars, local and overseas, are available for practitioners who wish to test themselves with the aim of winning medals. Training in a club helps to raise your level and expectations, and is good fun.
