I have not worked on a martial art book before and I had no idea what taekwondo was. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the Heart of Taekwondo and I feel as though I know everything about the theories, disciplines and structure of taekwondo.
I teach English and Taekwondo at my school. I leant my book to one of my students who I did not see again and they did not return my book. I often go back to the Heart of Taekwondo as it is so complete. So, I had to buy another copy. excellent book.
I have read and made notes on every page of this book. I refer to it all the time and take it to all my taekwondo classes.
Of course I had to get it signed by GM Biddlecombe.
Really enjoyed this book. Great details and understanding of Taekwondo.
